Shipping information
We pride ourselves on our excellent delivery service and aim to despatch orders received before 3.30pm Monday to Friday, on the same day. All orders from the UK are either sent by Royal Mail First Class post or by United Parcel Services (UPS)Courier. You will be able to select either option when you place your order, but if you require a guaranteed next day delivery we recommend delivery by courier.
Our delivery charges are calculated from the weight of the goods and are advised at checkout.

Our couriers require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods if you choose this service. You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched by courier that will include instructions on tracking your order via their website.
Customers ordering from outside the UK will have options for shipment by international recorded airmail or by TNT courier depending on the shipping destination. In both cases a signature for receipt will be required so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods. The shipping costs are calculated from the weight of the goods and your location for both airmail and courier
Whilst we aim to have our products in stock at all times, if any are out of stock or there are any other reasons for a delay in processing your order, you will be informed by email. Any items not in stock will go on back order, although you will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We always use discreet white envelopes or brown boxes without company logos or advertising to protect your privacy at all times.
